A Smart Spin on Space-Saving Display
We’re sometimes asked if we offer different sizes of frames or can create custom pieces to fit specific wall spaces. While we don’t currently provide custom sizing—our frames are made in large batches—we’ve found that our 2x4 layout (designed to hold four records vertically) fits the needs of most collectors. The standard design makes it easy to create larger displays by combining multiple frames, and it works well in a wide range of spaces.
That said, some customers find creative ways to adapt our frames to suit their setups and we love seeing those innovations in action.
Customer Spotlight: Russell M.’s 4x3 Display
Russell M. had limited vertical space, but that didn’t stop him from putting his records on display. Instead of mounting the full vertical frame, he got inventive.
“I wound up ordering two displays then used safety pins to fold back the bottom row of each,” Russell explained. “It came out looking great, and should anything change, I still have the full displays.”
By folding back the lower sections, Russell was able to hang both displays above his chair rail and seating, creating a clean horizontal setup that showcases 12 records without compromising the space.
Whether you're working with tight dimensions or planning a larger wall of wax, it's inspiring to see how collectors make our frames their own.
