Lots of brands say “lifetime warranty” and then quietly decide that means five years. Not us. When we say lifetime, we mean it. Every Record Roots product is covered by our Guarantee.

If your Record Roots branded product ever stops performing as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.

We offer free US shipping on orders over $99.

All orders ship from Pennsylvania within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, with express options available at checkout. International orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, with shipping rates displayed at checkout—we ship worldwide. Please note that import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply for international shipments and are the customer’s responsibility. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Extended Christmas Returns — Until January 31st, 2026

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order up until January 31st, 2026 for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us before returning.

Returns must include proof of purchase and be sent to our US warehouse at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Ships Worldwide

For international shipments (outside the USA), delivery times typically range from 1 to 2 weeks, though this may vary depending on the destination. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the total weight of your items.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
