Shipping policy
We process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship all orders from Pennsylvania, USA.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for orders with a value of $99 USD or more. US orders normally take up to 5 business days to arrive but express shipping services are available.
If we do not offer free shipping to your country the exact shipping cost will be added at checkout. We ship worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Record Roots / Project Cactus LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. If these charges are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
International Shipping
We ship orders worldwide from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA! For international shipments (outside the USA), delivery times typically range from 1 to 2 weeks, though this may vary depending on the destination. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the total weight of your items.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Record Roots / Project Cactus LLC is not liable for any additional fees imposed at the destination.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We assess these cases individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
