Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact and we must receive the returned item back within 30 days of the order being placed.

Important:
Before sending anything back, you must contact us at [email protected] to arrange your return. We cannot accept any returns without prior email confirmation. Please include your order number and proof of purchase in your email.

All returns must be sent to our distribution warehouse in the USA. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service—our warehouse receives hundreds of packages daily, and tracking helps us quickly identify your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please double-check your bank or credit card account. Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us using the contact form on our website or by responding to any of the emails which you have received from us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, email us at [email protected] with photos and details, and we’ll help you from there.

Shipping Your Return
Once you've contacted us and your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it’s sent without tracking.We
