Surprise Chef - Education & Recreation
Lifetime Guarantee
Lots of brands say “lifetime warranty” and then quietly decide that means five years. Not us. When we say lifetime, we mean it. Every Record Roots product is covered by our Guarantee.
If your Record Roots branded product ever stops performing as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.
Free US shipping on orders over $99
All orders ship from Pennsylvania within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days, with express options available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
30-Day Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us before returning.
Returns must include proof of purchase and be sent to our US warehouse at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
