We process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship US and many international orders from Pennsylvania and UK orders from Bristol, UK.
Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer free shipping for orders with a value of $80 USD or more within the UK, USA and some EU countries. US orders normally take up to 5 business days to arrive but express shipping services are available. UK orders typically arrive within 2 business days of the order being sent. EU orders typically take 5 days but can take up to 7 days depending on the country. If we do not offer free shipping to your country the exact shipping cost will be added at checkout. We ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Record Roots / Project Cactus LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We've extended our return window for the holiday season, so you can shop with confidence. Enjoy more time to make sure your Record Roots purchase is just right. All orders placed after November 1st 2024 can be returned for a refund up until January 30th 2025.
If you've decided that Record Roots is not for you you can return to us for a full refund. To be eligible for a return it needs to be in completely brand new condition and in the same condition that you received it with tags and packaging. You must contact us to arrange the return before you send it to us. We can't accept returns without prior arrangement.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must return the package to our distribution warehouse in the USA or UK and you will be responsible for the cost returning. We highly recommend sending on a tracked service so that we can easily identify your order. The warehouses receive hundreds of returns each day.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you do not hear from us about your return, feel free to contact us to find out what the status is.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to us.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us in the USA or UK. We can provide the address to you via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
