If your Record Roots branded product ever stops performing as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.
Shipping to New Zealand
All orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA, within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders to New Zealand usually arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your items.
Import duties, taxes and VAT may apply when your order arrives in New Zealand. These are set by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
30-Day Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you must contact us before returning.
Returns must include proof of purchase and be sent to our US warehouse at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
